Parkour

Parkour(PK) in English simply means the art of movement, the trend first started in France, and it is more similar to a martial art than to a sport. Parkour focused on moving from one point to another as smoothly, efficiently and quickly as possible using the abilities of the human body and personal spatial awareness.

Youngster nowadays practise parkour for body fitness and self development. People who practise parkour are normally those who love the excitement of speed and body stamina, or those who are seeking for self confidence and training for resisting feelings of fear. Besides, from my opinion, some high risks parkour movements can train a person to transform fears into strengths. And most of the movements required a strong body and strong focus as basis. In order to carry out parkour precisely and safely.

Do not try this at home. You need to have a clear understanding of your own strength limits, and please do not do something that is out of control. Remember, parkour is based on 'control of movements, not on what cannot be controlled'. See ya...

Total Solar Eclipse 22 july 2009

I suggest that you watch the parts after 7 minutes 50 seconds.
22 july 2009, wednesday. a total eclipse of the sun is visible strating from India and crosses through Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar, China and Japan's Ryukyu Islands. And curves southeast through the Pacific Ocean where the maximum duration of the totality reaches 6 minute 39 seconds. But places like most of the eastern Asia, Indonesia, and the Pacific Ocean, can only see a partial eclipse.

There are many other types of solar eclipse. And the one happenning today is the longest total solar eclipse to be occour in this 21st century from its type. That means, if you miss this time, then you will have to wait until 13 June 2132 for the next same type of solar eclipse as today to occur.

And i want to add one more thing, the total solar eclipse looks just like an eye from far, reminding me of 'lord of the rings' but a more friendly eye i would say. Then, when the moon start to move away from the sun, i think maybe there is a few sweet couples out there, took the opportunity to say "may you marry me?" because it looks just like a ring. =)

I like the quote "happy living in those skin you are living in". It simply means, just be yourself and also be happy for being yourself.

I always believe that everyone has their own tastes and preferences. And some people maybe too much into sex and drugs, but who am i to judge them. They can have these lifestyles so long as they know what they are doing, and they wont be hurting themselves or others.

Before see ya, I want to say that, i really loves the " Canon 5DMKII ". It is the camera used to shoot this video. And the very last time i check on the price, it costs about 3k.

Well perhaps i should keep dreaming on. " Canon 5DMKII " also makes me happy.
